Kid’s College and Teen Scene June 5 – July 27
Rose State is proud to offer our 21st year of summer camp opportunities to build your child’s imagination, creativity, and knowledge. Programs offered from June 5th to July 27th feature a wide variety of activities scheduled for each week-long camp taking place Monday through Thursday, ranging from STEM classes and video game design to sports, arts, and beyond. Students can enjoy courses like Aerospace Discovery, Archery, Candy Chemistry, 3D Printing, Drones, and more.
Kids College is designed for children going into grades 1st-6th. Our Teen Scene program is geared specifically for preteens and teens going into grades 7th-9th. Small class sizes with 100% certified teachers!

$90 per class (morning 9am-12pm or afternoon camps 1pm-4pm)

Conference & Event Services
The Community Learning Center is available for rentals Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The center has Wi-Fi capabilities throughout the entire building.
Auditorium
Capacity of 190 people. Rates: $300 for full day, $175 for half day. Wireless lapel microphone and handheld microphones are available in the auditorium.
Standard Classroom
Capacity ranges from 18 to 36 depending on the room rented. Rates: $120 for full day, $60 for half day. Classroom equipment includes: Dell computer with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010, ceiling mounted projector, white board with markers and a flip chart stand (paper not included). Snack and soda vending machines are available on the second floor.
Computer Lab
Capacity of 20 people. Rates: $360 for full day, $205 for half day. Lab equipment includes 20 Dell computers with Windows 7. Snack and soda vending machines are available on the second floor.
Conference Room
Capacity of 18 people. Rates: $80 for full day, $40 for half day. Lab equipment includes 20 Dell computers with Windows 7. Snack and soda vending machines are available on the second floor.
Catering is available through Chartwell's at (405) 733-7980. Complimentary coffee is offered by the Community Learning Center.

FAQ
Parking Decal $5
Students taking classes on the Rose State College Campus are required to have an official parking decal for their car. Decals may be purchased at the time you enroll for $5. Decals may be transferred from car to car. Note: Decals are not required for courses held in the Community Learning Center.
Student ID $2
Students enrolling in courses that are held in the HPE building should plan to obtain an official Rose State College student ID card prior to the beginning of class. ID cards are necessary only for courses held in the HPE building including the swimming pool and wellness center. ID cards may also be necessary to access certain campus services such as the library. ID cards may be purchased at the time you enroll for $2. A receipt will then be given out, and the student will be sent to the Student Services building to have their picture taken.
Students enrolling in an aquatics, fitness, or wellness center, found in the PeopleSoft System under a different last name, must take their original marriage license, divorce decree, or death certificate to the Admissions office to have the name changed. Once your name has been changed you may go to Student Services to take your Student ID picture. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Cancelled Classes
Rose State College reserves the right to change any schedule or cancel any course that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements. If a cancellation or change occurs, our staff will contact you via the telephone number you provided at the time of registration. Please be sure to always leave your most current phone number.
Dropping A Course
To withdraw from a course and receive a full refund, you must complete a withdrawal form, in person, at the Community Learning Center, formerly known as Continuing Education Tom Steed Center, before the start of the second class. No refunds will be issued after the second class meeting.
Receiving Your Refund
Credit card refunds post back to your card within 4-6 weeks. Please also allow 4-6 weeks for reimbursement of payments made by cash or check. if you have an outstanding balance on your account, the refund amount will automatically apply to the unpaid balance. To receive a refund from the State of Oklahoma, the student's social security number is required.
Closure Of Campus
In the event that Rose State College closes for any reason, classes will be cancelled and not made up. No refunds will be given.
