Degree Audit
You should apply for a degree audit after you have finished at least 45 hours of course work at the 1000 level or higher, which may be a combination of Rose State College credit and transfer credit. The degree check/application for graduation process takes approximately 3-4 weeks to complete and the results will be mailed to you.

It is the student's responsibility to make sure that OFFICIAL transcripts from each college and/or university previously attended are on file in the Office of Admissions and Records before the graduation deadlines published in the College Catalog.
There is one commencement ceremony held in May each year. Graduates from the previous fall semester and potential spring and potential summer graduates are eligible to participate. Information will be mailed to candidates in March.
Degrees are posted at the end of each semester, spring, summer, and fall. Please allow approximately four weeks after the end of the semester for degrees to be posted.
