Many Rose State College employees are simply excited about assisting students regardless of the area of study the student decides upon and continue to make donations in support of the following scholarships while also providing financial scholarship support for general Leadership Scholarship opportunities.
To apply for these division scholarships, please complete the General Scholarship Application open January 1st with a priority deadline of April 1st.

Classified Staff Association Scholarship
The Rose State College Classified Staff Association established a scholarship fund through money raised by Association projects. Individuals contribute to the fund on a regular basis, and the Association endowed the fund in 2007. Currently, two scholarships are awarded each semester. Preference is given to RSC employees and their relatives who are degree seeking.
Faculty Memorial Scholarship
The Rose State College Faculty Association established a scholarship fund in memory of their colleagues who have passed away while in service to the College. Money has consistently been added to the fund from faculty and from the Faculty Association. One scholarship is awarded each semester to a returning Rose State College student.
G.L. "Shep" Sheppard Memorial Scholarship
The G.L. “Shep” Sheppard Memorial Scholarship was established March 28, 2008, in memory of G.L. “Shep” Sheppard, husband of long-time Rose State College employee Gerry G. Sheppard. The scholarship continues to be supported by generous donations from many Rose State College Operations staff members.
Non-Traditional Organization Scholarship
The Non-Traditional Organization (NTSO) scholarship was set up by the Rose State College NTSO club and their advisors to provide scholarship assistance to non-traditional students.
PASA Scholarship
The Rose State College Professional/Administrative Staff Association (PASA) established this scholarship in 1994 through member dues. In recent years the scholarship fund has grown through the efforts of PASA members and the community participating in fundraising efforts, including the PASA Golf Tournament.
