Rental and Usage
The Atkinson Heritage Center offers a relaxing, informal setting for business meetings, family gatherings, Sunday School dinners, ice cream socials, and other similar events. Tours of the historic home are free of charge and can be scheduled during your event or other times by appointment.
Call Cindy Mikeman at (405) 736-0315 to reserve the Atkinson Heritage Center for your event. You may use the Event Request form link found at the bottom of this page to reserve space for your event. Simply complete on your computer, print, and mail or bring the form to the Foundation Office at Rose State College.

House Conference Room
- Seats 28 people at two conference tables with adjustable conference chairs (up to 34 with an additional folding table set up)
- Wi-Fi internet connection
- Dell Latitude D820 laptop computer available on request
- Ceiling-mounted projector and pull-down projection screen
- Side table for food or display material
- Small kitchen for food staging with refrigerator, microwave, sink, 60-cup coffee pot (no cooking on property, only food warming)

Pony Barn Conference Room and Stall Area

- Seats up to 48 people tightly at 6 – 70” round tables at 8 padded folding chairs
- Groups of 36 or more will need to also rent stall area for mobility

- Small kitchen for food staging with refrigerator, microwave, sink (no cooking on property, only food warming)
- Handicap accessible
- Wifi is not provided in the barn area
Pony Barn and Conference Room and Stall Area
- Shetland pony barn with a western theme has been converted for indoor use
- Accommodates up to 100 people in the two rooms (A/C only provided in the Conference Room)
- Stall area has been converted to historical dispalys
- Center aisle has 6 picnic tables and tables are also in the stalls

The prices listed reflect your time for pre-event setup, actual event and post-event cleanup time. An extended time slot may be arranged in advance for an additional $35 per hour.
