Olivia Lloyd, dedicated mother, ambitious professional, and Rose State College student, has been named Oklahoma Paralegal Association’s Student of the Year, in recognition of her unparalleled dedication, exceptional work ethic, and unwavering commitment to her academic and professional pursuits.
The Oklahoma Paralegal Association's Student of the Year award is presented to an outstanding student who is currently enrolled in the Paralegal Program at one of the schools within Oklahoma.
A graduate of Westmoore High School in Oklahoma City, Olivia embarked on her higher education journey at Oklahoma State University before transferring to Rose State College in the fall of 2023. After her return to Oklahoma City, Olivia pursued a career in the legal field, and her professional experience spans several prestigious firms in the Oklahoma City metro, including Hartzog, Conger and Cason, Phillips Murrah, and her current position at Crowe and Dunlevy.
Starting as a copy center associate at Crowe and Dunlevy, Olivia quickly rose to the role of Floater Legal Secretary and eventually Legal Secretary. Her passion for law led her to specialize in the firm's Bankruptcy Practice Group, where her dedication and hard work propelled her to her current position as a Bankruptcy Paralegal.
Juggling the responsibilities of parenthood, full-time employment in the legal field, part-time service industry work, and her academic journey, Olivia continues to display resilience and determination. Being chosen as Oklahoma Paralegal Association’s Student of the Year stands as a testament to Olivia’s contributions, dedication, and commitment to the legal field. Her ability to balance multiple roles without compromising on the quality of her work sets her apart as an exemplary recipient deserving of this esteemed recognition.
Beyond her career and academic studies, Olivia is a devoted mother to her three-year-old son, Brooks. Her interests include quality time with family, indulging in reading, and exploring her passion for baking.
