Dr. Whitney Alvis, Dean of Workforce Development, Toni Castillo, Dean of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Travis Hurst, Vice President of Academic Affairs, and Greg Smith, a member of the Rose State College Board of Regents, came together to delve into the upcoming changes and challenges in higher education.
