Rose State College and Texas Woman’s University (TWU) signed articulation agreements in Accounting, Business Administration, Small Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Marketing to facilitate a seamless transition for students from Rose State College to TWU’s baccalaureate programs. This partnership aligns coursework between the two, ensuring that credits earned at Rose State College transfer smoothly to TWU, saving students time and money. Such agreements are part of RSC's broader initiative to simplify the complexities of transferring coursework and supporting students in achieving their higher educational goals.
“Partnering with Texas Woman’s University helps us eliminate unnecessary barriers for students while supporting their educational and career goals,” said RSC Provost Travis Hurst. “These articulation agreements exemplify our commitment to student success and investment in meaningful academic partnerships.”
The new agreements apply to TWU’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) in Professional Studies programs. Whether a student is pursuing a traditional business track or seeking applied career-focused education in specialized areas like Human Resources or Digital Marketing, these guided pathways ensure continuity in academic planning and reduce the complexity of transfer processes.
This initiative also reflects Rose State College’s broader mission to cultivate collaborative partnerships with universities across the region, offering students more opportunities to pursue four-year degrees without unnecessary duplication of coursework.
Students interested in taking advantage of these new transfer pathways are encouraged to speak with academic advisors at Rose State College to learn more about eligibility and degree planning.
