Rose State College Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) announces several outstanding members of the chapter recently received prestigious state and national honors for academic excellence, leadership, and service.
Dynasty Poire, RSC Chapter President, and Moises Ramirez, an active chapter member, have been selected for the esteemed All-Oklahoma Academic Team. This honor recognizes exceptional students across the state for academic achievement and community involvement. Dynasty and Moises were formally recognized at the Oklahoma State Capitol on Tuesday, March 25th.
In addition, Dynasty Poire and James Hayes Robinson, another outstanding chapter member, have been named semifinalists for the 2025 Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship—a highly competitive national scholarship supporting the nation’s top community college students.

The chapter also recently attended the Spring 2025 OK/AR Regional Meeting in Fort Smith, Arkansas, earning several chapter and advisor accolades:

RSC’s chapter attended the 2025 PTK Catalyst Convention in Kansas City, MO, where they received a Top 50 Distinguished Honors in Action (HIA) Project Award on the international level.
