Veterans Education and Career Fair Connects Dozens of Employers with Oklahoma’s Military Community Published April 21, 2025

In partnership with the University of Oklahoma, Rose State College hosted the inaugural Veterans Education and Career Fair at the Jeanie Webb Student Union. The event brought together 51 employers and vendors and welcomed an estimated 60 attendees from the military-connected community.

The fair successfully connected Veterans, Active Duty members, National Guard, Reservists, and their families with a wide range of education and career opportunities. Participants explored offerings from two-year and four-year colleges, technical institutions, and industry employers committed to supporting military-affiliated individuals.

Attendees engaged directly with representatives from higher education colleges and universities and employers, gaining insight into academic programs, job training, and employment opportunities. The fair also provided a welcoming environment for spouses and dependents to access valuable resources.
