1098 Form Availability

Rose State College partners with MAXIMUS to distribute 1098-T forms both electronically and by mail. If you don’t access your 1098-T form online, a paper version will be mailed to you. However, paper 1098-T forms won’t be mailed until January 31st and may arrive after that date.

Order 1098-T electronically:

Visit maximus.com
Click “First Time Students"
Enter your full First and Last names and the last five digits of your Social Security Number
Click "Submit"

If records exist, you’ll be prompted to create an account. Simply follow the website’s instructions to set up a free account and retrieve the 1098-T. If no records are found or if there are difficulties creating an account, use the “Student Help” link located in the left menu for assistance.

Acknowledging that you are receiving this form electronically prevents a hard copy from being mailed. Visit the website as often as needed to retrieve a copy. The College does not provide tax advice and cannot answer questions regarding your tax credit eligibility. Consult a tax advisor for this information.
