Rose State has a long history and commitment to serving active-duty military and veterans. That dedication is reflected in Rose State being named a Military Friendly School by Victory Media for the fifth consecutive year. This designation puts the college among the top 15 percent in the nation that are doing the most to embrace America's military service members.
Tinker Air Force Base is less than 10 miles away from Rose State, and we operate an office on-base to assist our military students. Rose State not only provides educational assistance to servicemen and women and their family members, but Department of Defense employees, Air and Army National Guard, Reserve Forces and retired military as well. We understand the unique needs of serving military personnel, and tailor our courses and programs to those needs. Online training is also available.
Military students are eligible to apply for tuition assistance. However, each branch of the military processes tuition assistance in a different manner, so please review the procedures and deadlines for filing with your particular service.
