NCDA Facilitating Career Development
Program Goals & Outcomes
This 120-hour micro-credential course is designed for professionals providing career development services, including career exploration and job search support. It benefits self-employed individuals, academic advisors, success coaches, and higher education or career development professionals. Successful completers of the micro-credential also receive a free 1-year National Career Development Association (NCDA) membership.
All micro-credentials are fully stackable with all other academic programs, allowing students to build customized pathways toward certificates, associate degrees, or even bachelor’s degrees.

After completing this micro-credential, you will receive a digital badge to showcase your expertise in facilitating career development and coaching techniques.
