Military Service Member Financial Information
Rose State College has a long history and commitment to serving active-duty military and veterans. That dedication is reflected in our institution being named a Military Friendly School by Victory Media for the fifth consecutive year. This designation puts the college among the top 15 percent in the nation that are doing the most to embrace America’s military service members.
Tinker Air Force Base is less than two miles away from Rose State College, and we operate an office on-base to assist our military students. We not only provide educational assistance to servicemen and women and their family members, but Department of Defense employees, Air and Army National Guard, Reserve Forces and retired military as well. We understand the unique needs of serving military personnel, and tailor our courses and programs to those needs. Online training is also available.
Veterans receive advisement on campus in the Veteran Student Services office.
IMPORTANT: Service members are reminded that per DoD regulations, they are required to receive approval from the Student’s Education Services Officer (ESO), military counselor, or specific branch of the service prior to enrolling in classes at Rose State College.
