How to Apply for Student Housing
Welcome new Raiders! We are thrilled to have you on our campus and in our residential community. Our on-campus housing provides worry-free living environments designed to help you thrive. Apply to live on campus and join the fun in 3 simple steps!
Step 1: Apply to Rose State
Complete the free Rose State College application.

Step 2: Single Sign On
- After admitted to Rose State College, log in to Single Sign On (SSO). Visit Student Login to access SSO.
- First-Time Users: Select the blue First Time Users link below the LOGIN button. Follow the prompts to create an account and set a password.
- Returning Users: Enter the assigned username and password. Usernames consist of the first and last initials (capitalized) followed by the student ID number (example: RE1234567).
- Forgot Password: Select Forgot Password to reset the password.
- Set up an account by entering the assigned username, which consists of the first and last initials (capitalized) followed by the student ID number (example: RS1234567).
- Create a unique password that meets at least three of the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters long
- Contains uppercase letters
- Contains lowercase letters
- Includes at least one number
- Includes at least one special character
- Create a unique password that meets at least three of the following requirements:
- After completing account setup, return to the login page and sign in using the username and password created in the previous steps.
- Next, set up account security by selecting and answering the required security questions. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Congratulations! Single Sign On (SSO) setup is complete.

Step 3: Housing Application
Before applying for housing, students must be admitted to Rose State College and have a student ID number.
- Log in to SSO
- Open The Village Housing Portal
- Select The Village – Rose State Housing from the SSO dashboard.
- Complete the eRezLife Profile
- In eRezLife, open the left-side menu.
- Select General, then My Profile.
- Complete all required profile fields before starting the housing application.
- Start the Housing Application
- In the left-side menu, select Housing, then Housing Overview.
- Select Apply Now for the semester application.
- Complete the Application
- Fill out all required fields. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
- Select Save Progress throughout the application to avoid losing work.
- Submit the Application
- Review the confirmation screen.
- Read and agree to the required statements by selecting the checkboxes.
- Select Submit Application.
- Watch for Housing Updates
- Housing acceptance notifications are typically sent in the second week of June.
- Accepted students will receive an email with additional information, including move-in details and roommate contact information.
- Pay the Room Reservation Fee
- New residents must pay a $175 nonrefundable room reservation fee after Residence Life confirms a space.
- Payment options:
- Mail a check.
- Call the Rose State Cashier’s Office at (405) 733-7303.
- Have the Rose State student ID number ready when paying by phone.
