A commitment to building nonpartisan democratic engagement has earned Rose State College the Highly Established Action Plan Seal for the 2026 election cycle, recognizing the College’s leadership in civic engagement among its
RSC students had the opportunity to learn about the dangers of driving under the influence from representatives of the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office, the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office, and trauma nurses from OU Medical Center.
