Founded in 2011, the NextGen Under 30 Leadership and Recognition Program celebrates young professionals across Oklahoma who demonstrate exceptional talent, ambition, and service to their communities. The program’s mission is to identify and honor young Oklahomans, age 30 or younger, who are making meaningful contributions in business, nonprofits, education, public service, the arts, and beyond. Honorees are selected by a panel of respected business and civic leaders, with emphasis placed on innovation, creativity, leadership, and community involvement.
Rose State College celebrates these four honorees not only for their accomplishments, but also for the inspiration they bring to colleagues, students, and the broader Rose State College community. Their recognition reflects the College’s continued commitment to empowering professionals who embody service, leadership, and the advancement of higher education.
