Empowering Career Professionals Statewide

Rose State College is launching the Career Development Training Institute, a one-stop hub for career coaches, advisors, and specialists across the state. Our goal is to provide quality training programs that expand career coaching expertise in K-12 education, higher education, workforce development, and human services.

Industry-Recognized Career Coaching Certifications

Our programs are designed to increase the number of trained career coaches statewide through specialized training:

  • Facilitating Career Development (K20) – Preparing career coaches to support students and professionals.
  • Career Development for K-12 – Equipping school counselors with nationally recognized career coaching certifications.
  • Master Trainer Certification – Expanding the network of qualified facilitators to train future career coaches.
  • Select Continuing Education Provider – Rose State College is an NCDA Select Continuing Education Provider.

Expanding Career Support
Through Workforce Partnerships

The Institute will partner with K-12 schools, higher education institutions, workforce agencies, and state organizations to build a stronger career development ecosystem in Oklahoma. With hybrid and virtual training options, we aim to ensure accessibility and flexibility for all learners.
