Title IX And Rose State College Prohibition Of Retaliation
Consistent with the law and this policy, the College prohibits:
Retaliation, intimidation, threats, coercion, or discrimination against any person for opposing discrimination, including harassment
or
For participating in the College’s discrimination complaint process or making a complaint, testifying, assisting, or participating in any manner, in an investigation, proceeding, or hearing.
Any attempt to retaliate against a person for filing a complaint or participating in the investigation of a complaint may be treated as a separate violation of this policy.
The prohibition of retaliation applies to the entire Grievance Procedure, from notice, to complaint, through the investigation and live hearing, post decision actions, execution of sanctions and future interaction of the parties.
