President Dr. Jeanie Webb proudly recognized outstanding faculty and staff members at the 2025 Excellence Awards, celebrating their exceptional dedication, leadership, and commitment to student success. The annual awards recognize individuals across academic and staff divisions who consistently exceed expectations in their roles.
The 2025 Excellence in Teaching Award – Full-Time Faculty honored three remarkable educators for their passion, innovation, and impact in the classroom:

The college also celebrated the contributions of part-time faculty with the 2025 Excellence in Teaching Award – Adjunct Faculty:

Rose State recognized outstanding staff performance with two distinct honors. The 2025 PASA Staff Excellence Award was presented to Steve Daffer, who consistently demonstrates support and professionalism in administrative services. The 2025 CSA Staff Excellence Award honored Deb O’Donnell for her dedication, excellence, and positive impact within the classified staff community.
