Rose State College Sees Impressive Enrollment Growth Across Multiple Student Categories for Fall 2024

Rose State College announces substantial enrollment growth for the Fall 2024 semester, with overall enrollment up 5.1%. The college has seen notable increases across several key student demographics, affirming its role as a leader in higher education and workforce development.

Particular areas of growth that have contributed to the increase include: 

  • First-time attendees- 5.3% increase
  • Veteran students- 12.8% increase
  • Out-of-state students- 20.9% increase
  • Business enrollment- 8.4% increase
  • Health Sciences enrollment- 19.9% increase
  • Workforce Development enrollment- 16% increase 

    “We are excited to witness such positive enrollment trends,” said Dr. Jeanie Webb, Rose State College president. “This growth demonstrates Rose State’s success in attracting a wide range of students, from first-time attendees and veterans to out-of-state learners, all seeking quality education to prepare them to enter Oklahoma’s workforce.”

      Delayed Opening

      Due to a potential gas leak, Rose State College will have a delayed opening at 10:30 AM on Friday, May 30. ONG officials are currently assessing the main campus and expect to be complete by 10 AM. Housing is unaffected.
