Hybrid Courses

Hybrid classes combine on-campus meetings with online work to meet academic requirements. Check the footnotes of the section in which you enroll for more information regarding the dates of on-campus class meetings.

Hybrid courses rely heavily upon the same online elements used in our Internet courses. We use Canvas for our online learning management system. Please visit the  Canvas page for information about this system.

A list of hybrid courses may be accessed from the Semester Schedule online.

  1. Choose a term
  2. Click the Go button
  3. Expand the Additional Search Criteria section
  4. Choose Hybrid for the Mode of Instruction

For specific course information or course requirements, contact the instructor or the division office.

Note that hybrid courses incur an additional fee of $12/hour above the cost of our on-campus courses to cover the additional costs of electronic course delivery. See the Tuition and Fees page to calculate the cost of your tuition and fees.

Once a hybrid course has been selected, the enrollment process is no different from that of enrolling in an on-campus course. If you have not already been admitted to the college, you must apply for admission before you may enroll. After you have been admitted, you may enroll.

Direct specific course questions to the instructor or the division through which the course is taught. Contact the Instructional Support & Online Learning office if you have technical or general questions concerning hybrid course delivery.

If you have a Canvas question that your instructor cannot answer, please contact the eLearn Support Helpdesk.
