Excellence in Teaching Award
Students nominate one or more professors whom they feel are deserving of special recognition by nominating them for the Excellence in Teaching Award. Each of the winners will be formally recognized during the spring graduation ceremony and will receive a plaque and monetary award to commemorate this prestigious recognition.
Has a professor inspired your passion for learning, gone beyond expectations, or made a challenging subject click? Nominate them for the 2026-2027 Excellence in Teaching Award. Winners will be recognized at Spring graduation and receive a plaque and monetary award. Note: Faculty who have received this award within the last five years are ineligible so faculty awarded for 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 are not eligible.
Nominations must be received by Wednesday, March 3, 2027, to be considered.
