How much time does it take to participate in the TRIO SSS program?

Participation will vary for each student depending on each individual’s needs. It can take as little as one hour each quarter or several hours each week. You decide which services to utilize. There are many opportunities for students to get involved and become a part of this learning community.

 

No – everything in the program is FREE!

We provide outstanding support, have great services that are free of charge, and you will be more likely to achieve your educational goals.

Once you have been accepted into the program you will be required to participate in one activity each quarter – you choose the activity; you choose how much time it will take.

Until you graduate and/or transfer to another college.

 

Our goal is to insure that participants in the program have a realistic chance to persist in college and earn an associate’s degree or certificate or transfer to a four-year university. To accomplish this, Student Support Services offers a student-centered environment that enhances students’ academic experience.
