Alumni Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The Rose State College Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame was established in 2014 to recognize alumni who exemplify the College’s tradition of excellence through outstanding professional achievements, leadership, service, and contributions to their communities.

Nominations are reviewed by the Rose State College Alumni Committee and Foundation Development Committee in consultation with the President of Rose State College and the Executive Director of the Rose State College Foundation.
