Free Speech Complaint

Rose State College is committed to protecting the First Amendment rights of its students, faculty, staff, and campus community.
 
Questions or complaints regarding free speech or expressive activity may be directed to Student Affairs Vice President Kirby Harzman.
 
Individuals may also submit a complaint to the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education (OSRHE) Free-Speech Committee using the Free Speech Violation Complaint Form.
